In most cases, we offer same business day shipping when you order by 5pm, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5pm, Monday through Thursday, will be shipped the next morning. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.We will ship all items on an order at the same time. In the event that there is an item that is on back order, the entire order will be held until such time that the back order item is available. In the rare event that the item you order is not available, you will be contacted by e-mail and will cancel the order.

All shipments are sent via CanPar from’s Warehouse, located at Unit B43 – 1 Laird Drive, Toronto, Ontario, M4G 3S8. All orders will be charged a variable shipping rate depending on destination location and the size of product(s) purchased. Our shipping charges for Canadian customers are calculated depending on the dimensional weight of an item and where it is being shipped to, and added to your checkout automatically.Orders are shipped directly to the shipping address you have provided. Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Most Areas of Ontario should receive their order within 1 Business Day of it being shipped from our warehouse. Orders outside of Ontario should receive their order within 3-5 business days. Transit time may be longer to remote addresses.

If, for any reason, you feel the need to return or refund a product, please note that we do not accept items which have already been used, except in the case of electronic items which prove to be faulty within 30 days of receiving your shipment.If an item is unsatisfactory in your eyes upon delivery, we will refund your purchase if you pay to have the item shipped back to us.If an item arrives damaged, we will happily replace the broken piece(s).  We will cover shipping costs both ways.  All we ask, is for you to simply ship the broken item back to us, at our expense, of course.
