‍A blunt is almost identical to a joint, except that either Cigar Paper or a semi-dried tobacco leaf has replaced the rolling papers.

Cigar Paper itself is usually made from tobacco leaves and by rolling a blunt, the user adds an element of tobacco to every hit. By using cigar paper, the blunt also tends to burn slower and last longer. It is a much harsher hit than that from a joint rolled with thin rolling papers.
